By using ShipPilot you agree to these terms. ShipPilot is a logistics aggregation platform that connects sellers with third-party courier partners.

1. Account

You must complete KYC before shipping. You're responsible for the accuracy of all data entered.

2. Payments

Wallet recharges are non-refundable except as required by law. COD remittances are made twice weekly.

3. Liability

ShipPilot's liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited as per courier partner policies.

4. Termination

We may suspend accounts for fraud, prohibited goods, or terms violations.
